The Challenge
"Praktijkhuis Integratief is a group practice offering integrative psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families in Ghent."
Their approach is genuinely distinctive: they draw from multiple therapeutic schools to meet each client where they are, rather than forcing a single methodology onto every situation. Their physical space was warm and carefully considered. Their website was the opposite, clinical, cold, and generic at exactly the moment it needed to feel safe. People considering therapy often arrive at a website in their most vulnerable moments.
The Approach
We designed the whole experience around one question: what does a person in a fragile moment need to feel safe enough to press send?
Warm, earthy palette designed to feel like a consultation room, not a clinic
Human-voice copy naming real feelings, stress, relational strain, life transitions, without diagnostic language
Therapist profiles as introductions: real photos, personal writing, visible warmth
Belgian mutuality reimbursement eligibility and ability to switch therapists surfaced upfront
The Results
"The practice now has a digital front door that genuinely reflects the quality of care inside."
Enquiry volume grew measurably after launch. More tellingly, several new clients mentioned at their first session that the website itself was what gave them the confidence to reach out, something that had never happened before. For a practice where the quality of the first digital impression directly determines whether someone in need actually gets help, that's the most meaningful result there is.
