Studio XL provides digital design and development services, including but not limited to website design, branding, and e-commerce solutions. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Studio XL and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://studioxl.be for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Upon full payment of project fees, the Client will be granted ownership of the final deliverables defined in the project contract. Studio XL retains the right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to secure a spot in our schedule, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at specific milestones. Failure to pay on time may result in a pause or termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Studio XL, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.

6. Revisions & Approvals

We provide a specific number of revision rounds as detailed in your project proposal. Revisions requested outside of this scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Approval of final designs must be provided in writing.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
