The Challenge
"Adimus is a Belgian SaaS platform for managing asbestos inventories under OVAM regulations."
By 2032, every building owner in Flanders will need a certified asbestos inventory. The regulation is clear, but the process isn't. Building owners don't know where to start, inspectors need efficient tooling, and the compliance chain from identification to remediation involves multiple stakeholders with different needs. The existing platform had the functionality but presented it as a wall of forms and tables.
The Approach
We redesigned the platform around guided journeys instead of feature lists.
Clear value proposition for a complex regulatory requirement (OVAM asbestos inventory mandate)
Guided onboarding flow that walks users from sign-up to their first compliant inventory
Role-based dashboards for building owners, inspectors, and compliance officers
Educational content explaining the 2032 mandate deadline and what it means for property owners
The Results
"Adimus now has a platform that converts confused building owners into active users instead of losing them to complexity."
The guided onboarding flow reduced the number of support tickets from new users. The landing page communicates the urgency of the 2032 deadline and the simplicity of the solution in equal measure.
